Entry Fees:
$30 per class (SWVEP classes are $25)
All Medal & Warm-up classes: $35 per class
Hunter Derbies & Jumper Classics: $50
Non-Showing Horse: $30 fee per day
Office Fee: $30
**$10 off if you enter by 5pm the Wednesday before the show.
Entries: All exhibitors must provide the show office with a current negative coggins report for each horse brought on the show grounds. Entry form must be filled out completely, including all signatures, and must be accompanied by an open check before back numbers may be picked up.

Schooling: Schooling will be permitted starting at 1pm the day before the show until 7pm. Schooling will also be available prior to the start of the show on the day of competition as determined by the course designer and/or manager.
Coggins: All exhibitors must provide the show office with a current negative coggins report for each horse brought onto the show grounds, regardless if they are showing. If the horse is showing, then the coggins must be shown prior to picking up back number.
Awards: Six ribbons will be awarded in each class. Champion and Reserve Champion ribbons will be awarded in each division. Classics will place through sixth. Derbies & classics will place through eighth.
Stalls: $40/show day. Schooling day will not count. For example, if you arrive Friday afternoon and show Saturday and Sunday, you will be charged for 2 days.
For Commonwealth Park HS: Shavings will be $11 per bag and hay is $15 per bale. All hay and shavings orders will be added to your show invoice and payment taken upon check out. Checks can be made out to SWVEP. Any horse without a stall will be required to pay a $40 grounds fee. This is applicable to people coming to just school Friday as well. Phone stall orders will not not be accepted.If you are not able to use the form, you may email your stall order to contactswvep@gmail.com. Stall orders must be received by Thursday prior to the show. Stalls will not be available until 10 AM on Friday. Stall assignments will be made by 9 AM Friday. Stall assignments will be posted at the entrance to the show. Please no
calls about stall locations.
Awards: Ribbons in each class to 6th place. Champion and reserve champion ribbons will be awarded in each division. Classics Derbies will place through 8th. Points in SWVHJA divisions will include all 4 classes. Points in VHSA divisions will include 2 o/f and an u/s.
SWVEP Series Awards
Horses must show in at least 3 of the 5 shows to be considered for a circuit award.
Riders must show in at least 3 of the 5 shows to be considered for a circuit award in the Pre-Beginner/Beginner Equitation.
