Entry Fees: $35.00/class ($25/class for SWVEP classes) 

Medal/equitation and warmup classes: $35.00/class

Derbies: $50

Non-Showing Horse: $30 per day 

Office Fee: $30 ($10 entry credit for entries received by Thursday before the show by 5pm)

Entries: All exhibitors must provide the show office with a current negative coggins report for each horse brought on the show grounds. Entry form must be filled out completely, including all signatures, and must be accompanied by an open check before back #s may be picked up.

Schooling: Schooling will be permitted starting at 1 pm the day before the show until 7pm. Schooling will be available prior to the start of the show each morning as designated by the manager and/ or course designer.

Awards: Ribbons in each class to 6th place. Champion and reserve champion ribbons will be awarded in each division. Classics Derbies will place through 8th.

Points in SWVHJA divisions will include all 4 classes. Points in VHSA divisions will include 2 o/f and an u/s.


SWVEP Series Awards

Horses must show in at least 3 of the 5 shows to be considered for a circuit award.


Riders must show in at least 3 of the 5 shows to be considered for a circuit award in the Pre-Beginner/Beginner Equitation.
